Japanese inn vs. western style hotel

Mr. Ide, a former CEO of Sony prefers western style hotel because in his opinion it matches the needs of customers. He goes to the hotel to be away from others and also check in early and check out late. Japanese inn does not allow this for example he needs to go away from his room when a staff prepares the futon bed after dinner, sad he. Well, I like both. In the Japanese inn I like the interaction with the inn staff talking to them to learn about the local things.  If the inn starts copying everything as the western hotel does, there will be no differentiation and uniqueness-fun between them. Well, this I find a bit odd.

旅館も西洋の様式を真似れば、差別化はますます図れなくなりますよね。

word tank A キャノン ブラックベリーのようなデザイン

最近、面白い製品が出ていない。今回、キャノンから発売の電子辞書のデザインもちょっとさびしい。一見ブラックベリーのようなデザインだ。もっと面白い、インパクトのあるデザインだって出来るはずなのに。
