賃金格差、月15万円超に拡大＝都道府県別―厚労省調査 Monthly average gap in Japan 150K JPY, the highest in Tokyo, the lowest in Aomori

基本給など所定内給与（昨年6月分）の都道府県別平均（速報）は、高い順で、東京（37万2900円）、神奈川（32万9800円）、大阪（31万5600円）、低い順に青森（22万2200円）、沖縄（22万3100円）、山形（23万2700円）　　
東京と青森の差は15万700円。ここ（　http://www2.ttcn.ne.jp/honkawa/4705.html　）の日本全国物価（2007年）を参考にしてみても、青森が特に安くなっているわけでもない。光熱・水道費は青森は最高である。働いても働いても楽にならない人がいるということではないか。

This implies that some people in Japan working hard but not earning enough.
